located at all times within Mexican territory, thanks to a program
based on GPS (Global Position System) that offers
you personal attention when faced by any emergency that may arise,
and gives us immediate and complete information on the status of
your vehicle.
How does the STAR – GPS location
system work?
This system consists of equipment that, upon
pressing a single button, sends an alarm signal to the command center,
where our highly trained personnel immediately attend to your emergency.
The STAR system uses the satellite GPS
(Global Position System) that the currently has
24 satellites orbiting the planet. Those satellites register
all the movements of a vehicle by means of a concealed tracking
device. The tracking device sends information to the satellite about
a vehicle’s position, direction and speed, as well as additional
complementary data. The information is also sent to the command
center by means of the cellular phone system.
When using STAR, you will be
able to communicate with an operator at the command center by voice
in the event that you need assistance and, if necessary, from there
the operator can coordinate various actions related to remote control
of the vehicle, such as locking or unlocking doors, turning off
the engine, lowering or raising windows, as well as turning on lights,
or honking the horn of the car. In short,VIP Private Security offers you total control.
In an emergency, clients can use the hidden panic button to alert
to our command center, where our staff starts observing the automobile
in real time and listens to all spoken communications within the
